1. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Items that are damaged, worn, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed under these conditions:

  • If the item received is damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

  • If you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct product.

  • Refunds are not available for items that are on sale, part of a final sale, or customized.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via:​

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
