Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Items that are damaged, worn, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.

If the item received is damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

If you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct product.

Refunds are not available for items that are on sale, part of a final sale, or customized.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit.
